Bancroft, Wis.-based RPE has is teaming up with chef Joey Elenterio for recipes to debut at the Produce Marketing Association’s Foodservice Conference and Expo.
“I’m excited to have the opportunity to work with Tasteful Selections specialty potatoes again,” Elenterio said in the release. “Their versatility and different flavors give me freedom when I’m creating recipes, and the wide range of colors and their small, uniform sizes makes for a beautifully unique dish.”
Elenterio previously worked for Wolfgang Puck’s Palo Alto, Calif. restaurant Spago. He was also given the San Francisco Chronicle’s Rising Star Chef award and listed in Zagat’s 30 under 30.
