Organics Unlimited contest seeks inspired quotes

Organics Unlimited Organics Unlimited is promoting its bananas with a contest based on inspirational quotes on the theme of quality. Organics Unlimited is offering a weekly social media contest for inspirational quotes on the theme of quality through the first quarter of the year.

San Diego-based Organics Unlimited distributes organic produce from Mexico and South America. One recent ad quotes the Aristotle: “Quality is not an act. It’s a habit.”

The campaign will ask for the quotes on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, according to a news release. Each week one will be chosen for use on the Organic Odes blog. Winners get prizes.

The Famous Quotes promotion will offer point-of-sale and merchandising materials on organic bananas for retailers. The company offers certified organic bananas under its own label and the GROW label.

“The quality message reinforces our commitment to excellence,” Organics Unlimited president Mayra Velazquez de Leon said in the release. “We work continually on improving the quality of everything we do, from farming techniques to customer service and delivery.
