Nowak Lodi, Calif.-based Delta Packing Co. added Matthew Nowak to its sales staff Jan. 30.

Previously, he was a commercial route manager and district manager for Waste Management in Lodi.

“Business is growing so we’re bringing in another salesman to facilitate that,” said Nick Lucich, sales coordinator for Delta Packing.

Nowak has spent his career in sales, marketing and operations roles.

The company’s sales staff also includes Paul Poutre and Robert Brown.

Delta Packing grows and ships California cherries in the spring, plus wine grapes and grape juice in the fall. The company has more than 40,000 square feet of cold storage off Highway 99.
