Featuring kales, beet greens, spinach and Asian greens, the seven conventional and two organic blends belong to the company’s Super Greens salad series, according to an April 15 news release.
Among the salads and kits bearing the Cut ‘n Clean Greens label:
- Five salads and kits under the SuperKALE banner. They include a conventional and organic Rainbow Kale Salad with red, green and lacinato kale; two conventional kits offering zesty orange vinaigrette or avocado tomatillo dressing; and an organic kit with toasted sesame vinaigrette.
- Two products under the IRONman banner: a salad kit with bacon dressing, and a salad with beet greens and semi-savoy spinach.
- Two products under the EnerCHI banner, an Asian Greens Salad with baby bok choy, snow pea shoots and Asian mustard greens; plus a salad kit with toasted sesame vinaigrette.
All are triple-washed, according to the release.
The salads and salad kits come in clamshells from 7 ounces to 16 ounces, with foodservice packs available in 2.5-pound bags.
San Miguel Produce also offers a line of Asian greens under the Jade label.
