Gibbs Hunter Gibbs has joined the Nash Produce, Nashville, N.C., sales staff. Gibbs’ role will focus on business development and new customer acquisitions.
Craig Nash Produce also named Doug Craig as director of food safety earlier this year. Through 19 years of experience, Craig has built food safety programs for Bay Valley Foods, Platteville, Wis., Hardee’s Food System, St. Louis, Sara Lee, Peoria, Ill., and Brown and Williamson Tobacco, Louisville, Ky. Craig will oversee Nash Produce’s Global GAP, Primus and USDA audits as well as food safety and employee practices.
The company has also installed a sweet potato bagging machine in order to better serve their customers.
