Pamela's Kitchen: Potato Jazz remixed

This product may seem familiar. I reviewed the original version of Potato Jazz in August 2008. Since then, Wilcox Fresh and The Little Potato Co. embarked on a remix, including smaller potatoes and a new lineup of spices.

They actually asked me to help out with spice selection, something I was happy to do. We tried about a dozen types of spices and I was thrilled to see that Potato Jazz even picked some of the ones I liked for the re-launch this fall.

I thought the reformulation was a great idea. The smaller sized potatoes give consumers the perception of having more on their plate, and a few more pieces per serving. They also cook up nicely.

I like the new spices as well. Potato Jazz is a win in my book. It’s quick, easy and delicious.

I enjoyed your segments very much. When i got to the green bags, it gave me an idea, our company, AgraCo have a product we sell which is called the Produce Saver. I would be anxious for you to try out our products, i can send you information and samples. If you go to our website at www.agraco.com you can see our line of products, most of which are "green" items. We would love to have an unbiased opinion. We have a lot of ladies that order the produce savers for their refrigerator crispers. we find they do keep vegetables and friuts and even flowers fresher for up to two weeks. Please feel free to email me if you would like to take a look. Thank you for your time and your interesting segments. Lois Louthian - AgraCo Technologies 220 S.
