Southern Specialties Inc. is promoting Southern Selects brand french beans and white asparagus for Easter and Passover.
The Pompano Beach, Fla.-based company says the products are becoming holiday traditions in households and restaurants.
The flavor and non-fibrous texture of the french beans make them popular, according to a Southern Specialties news release.
Southern Specialties markets french beans in 8-ounce and 1-pound microwaveable bags and 2-pound bags. It offers white asparagus in an 11-by-1-pound box.
A grower, importer, processor and shipper, Southern Specialties also markets artichokes, green beans, baby vegetables, berries, and specialty lettuce from the U.S., Mexico, Canada, Central America and South America.
