Israel Sun Rich Fresh Foods Inc., Richmond, British Columbia, promoted several managers.
Neville Israel, president of Sun Rich Fresh Foods Inc.; Carl Svangtun, president of Sun Rich Fresh Ventures Inc.; and Jeff Pitchford, vice president of operations and supply chain for Sun Rich Fresh Foods Inc.; earned promotions, according a news release.
Brian Tieszen, president and founder, continues his role of chief executive officer, according to a news release.
Svangtun Healthy Eating Easy is Sun Rich’s Fresh Foods’ theme.
“I am confident that these promotions will enable our vision of Healthy Eating Easy and better position both Sun Rich and our many valued customers for long-term growth and success,” Tieszen said in the release.
Israel has been with the company since 0ctober 1996 and has had many positions over the past 16 years. Before becoming president, he was executive vice president/chief financial officer. Svangtun had roles in finance, operations, sales and general management. He has been with Sun Rich since September 1994.
Pitchford, formerly director of operations, has been with Sun Rich since November 2007 and has had many operations roles, according to the release.
