Pineapples, mangoes and limes packed under the Happy Chameleon brand are in stores now, said Drew Schwartzhoff, director of marketing and sourcing for Eden Prairie, Minn.-based C.H. Robinson.
The new brand was created to align all of the company’s tropical items under one brand identity that would resonate with customers and consumers as a “best in class” provider of tropical fruits, Schwartzhoff said.
“The Happy Chameleon brand name is unique and memorable, and the nature of the chameleon highlights C.H. Robinson’s flexibility to meet customer and consumer’s needs in the tropical space,” he said.
Tropicals is one of C.H. Robinson’s fastest-growing categories, Schwartzhoff said.
Happy Chameleon-branded items will be available in bags and bulk and on Price Look-Up stickers and hang tags.
