The promotion, 30 Days of Fast Fall Meals, features recipes that can be prepared in less than 20 minutes.
Irwindale, Calif.-based Ready Pac has a fast fall meals section on its Pinterest site.
The campaign is in part, according to the shipper, a response to Mintel Group’s October Fruit and Vegetable Report, which found consumers want more fruit, vegetables and whole grains in their meals, plus more portion options. About six in 10 Americans acknowledge they could eat healthier, a National Grocery Association study reported.
“With recipes like our warm savory spinach salad or spicy Asian chicken and noodle soup, you can help your family maintain their daily recommended fruit and veggie intake,” Tristan Simpson, senior director of marketing and corporate communications at Ready Pac, said in a news release.
