Greenhouse tomato grower-shipper Houweling’s Tomatoes has added a Boskovich Farms veteran to its marketing department.

Lindsay Martinez, former marketing director for Oxnard, Calif.-based Boskovich, is now brand manager for Delta, British Columbia-based Houweling’s, according to a Houweling’s news release.

The brand manager job is a new one at Houweling’s, which grows greenhouse tomatoes on 175 acres in Delta and Camarillo, Calif.

Martinez’s 20-year tenure at Boskovich will service Houweling’s well, David Bell, Houweling’s chief marketing officer, said in the release.

“This experience, along with an incredible work ethic, will provide tremendous support to our customers.”

As brand manager, Martinez will help direct digital, in-store and experiential marketing campaigns; trade marketing programming; strategic promotions; and packaging design.
