California Avocado Commission rolls out Cinco de Mayo recipes

The California Avocado Commission is highlighting Cinco de Mayo-themed recipes for foodservice.

Verde Margaritas, Coconut-California Avocado Ceviches and Grilled California Avocado and Steak Arepas with Avocado Cream are among the recipes the Irvine-based commission is sharing for Cinco De Mayo, according to a commission news release.

The commission’s foodservice page features 265 recipes.

Next up on the calendar for the commission’s foodservice staff is the American Culinary Federation’s Western Regional Conference March 2-5 in Oakland.
