The event, to be held at the Visalia Convention Center in Visalia, Calif., is free and no registration is required, according to a news release from Exeter-based Citrus Mutual.

The Citrus Showcase includes six breakout sessions focused on top issues facing the California citrus industry. More than 100 exhibitors will participate in the Showcase trade show.
New in 2014 is the Annual Citrus Showcase Breakfast, which will feature keynote speaker Felicia Marcus, chair of the State Water Resources Control Board. Marcus will discuss water supply and delivery. The breakfast is sponsored by Compac Equipment and Sorting, Rabobank and Bank of the Sierra.
The show’s lunch features keynote speaker Cathy Enright, executive vice president of the Biotechnology Industry Organization. Enright will discuss the public backlash against genetically modified crops.
