Carrier TransicoldThe Syracuse, N.Y.-based Carrier Transicold’s trademarked CareMAX program institutes protocols to help the company’s more than 400 container service centers better manage refrigerants and refrigerant supplies, according to a news release.

CareMAX is short for Carrier Refrigerant Management Excellence and its protocols cover all stages of refrigerant handling, including procurement and testing, storage and decanting as well as maintenance of refrigerant-handling tools and training of service technicians who handle refrigerants, according to the release.
