Christopher Ranch plans to have chef Michael Giletto on hand cooking with its Monviso California heirloom garlic at Produce Marketing Association Fresh Summit.
The Gilroy, Calif.-based grower-shipper is scheduled for booth 3140. PMA Fresh Summit is Oct. 18-20 in New Orleans.
Giletto is executive chef of CulinaryFx and Gourmet Butterfly Media.
“The style of my food reflects sophisticated, contemporary, American cuisine with Mediterranean influences,” he said in a news release.
Christopher Ranch supplies garlic products for retail and foodservice. The company ships more than 70 million pounds of fresh heirloom garlic annually.
