She was human resource manager at Preston, Md.-based Choptank since 2008. In the new role she will oversee human resource management, recruiting and corporate training.
Choptank manages transportation services such as refrigerated, frozen and warehousing. It also has offices in Atlanta, Denver, Nashville, Dallas and Tampa.
“With our aggressive growth plan, Pam has been able to successfully seek out top talent in the marketplace,” Geoff Turner, president and chief executive officer, said in a news release. “In her new role, she will have the ability to formulate a strong plan for training and recruitment throughout our six nationwide offices.”
