“The company had always rented office space before, so this was an opportunity to build a facility right from the ground up that suits our needs and gives us some room to grow,” said Mark McBride, salesman.

The grower-shipper’s new home is at 1582 Moffett Street, suite C, in Salinas. A grand opening was held Aug. 16.

Installation of solar panels was still underway. “Solar has become more common in both office and cooling facilities and we wanted to do our part,” McBride said.

“There is unutilized square footage for which the possibilities are endless,” he said. “It’ll definitely give us room to expand.”
