Blocker Curry & Co., Brooks, Ore., has added Adam Blocker to its sales staff.
Blocker comes to Curry & Co. from Bland Farms, where he was the sales manager for five years, according to a news release.
He will be based out of the Statesboro, Ga., office and will focus on the yearlong sweet onion program and the seasonal carrot programs.
Blocker has experience in domestic and imported sweet onions, with expertise in the Vidalia, New York, Peru, Mexico and Texas areas, according to the release.
“I’m excited to join the Curry & Co. team and bring my passion for building brands and working within a team concept ... ,” Blocker said in the release. “I also can’t wait to start expanding my knowledge base by working with Curry’s complete product line of Vidalia Sweet Carrots, storage onions, blueberries and blackberries.”
