DRC launches youtube.com instructional video channel

Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corporation As part of its education process, the Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corporation has started a youtube.com channel.

The videos placed on the site are a component of the Ottawa-based agency’s renewed focus on “keeping trade on track” through dispute prevention education, according to a news release.

The channel includes short educational videos.

The site’s first video features Fred Webber, DRC’s president and chief executive officer, reminding members of the importance of properly screening prospective new clients and to verify their information prior to extending credit.

In addition to its education efforts, DRC is a nonprofit and membership-based organization that also consults, mediates and arbitrates to the produce trade.
