The sweepstakes, which began April 1, rewards consumers based on the number of Facebook “likes” it receives.
Contestants “like” Wholesum Harvest’s Facebook page and fill out a registration form to qualify. If the company receives 3,500 Facebook likes by the end of September, a grand prize of a three-day, two-night trip to Arizona will be awarded.
The winner will enjoy accommodations for two at the Tubac Golf Resort and Spa in Tubac, Ariz., and witness the company’s modern greenhouse technology at a party celebrating the first harvest of Wholesum’s new 12-acre Amado, Ariz., greenhouse.
“We are implementing a closed greenhouse design that will enable us to achieve a reduction in energy consumption and water usage, and provide a favorable growing environment for organics by eliminating the need for chemical pest control,” Ricardo Crisantes, vice president of sales and marketing at Wholesum Harvest, said in a news release.
