TempDOTDeltaTrak, Pleasanton, Calif., has introduced its TempDot Plus time-temperature indicator labels.

The labels monitor how long they are exposed to temperatures above a specified threshold. They also indicate when they’ve been activated, according to a news release.

“The TempDot labels’ design allows them to remain completely inert prior to use so that preconditioning is not required, allowing them to be shipped or stored under most conditions and significantly reducing cost of ownership,” Frederick Wu, president and chief executive officer of DeltaTrak, said in the release.

The TempDot Plus labels trace temperature information, helping customers meet state and federal regulations, according to the release.

There are serial numbers for traceability individual labels.
