Dulcich was shipping its first variety of the season, Pretty Lady-branded flames, by the week of July 18, according to a company news release.

Nick Dulcich, an owner and the company’s sales manager, said he has never seen better quality at the beginning of the season.

That excellent quality should translate into strong retail support, he said.

Dulcich & Sons expects to ship about 2,500 acres of red, green and purple grapes this season.

In October, the company will launch its Hobgoblin retail promotion, which features Halloween-themed bins, colander bags and shelf danglers.
