As part of its 30th birthday celebration, San Juan Bautista, Calif.-based Earthbound Farm will unveil its redesigned booth featuring a café theme at the Produce Marketing Association’s Fresh Summit, Oct. 17-19, in Anaheim, Calif.

In addition to showcasing new products, the booth — No. 830 — highlights their versatility with demonstrations by the organic company’s executive chef Sara LaCasse and food bloggers Amelia Winslow from Eating Made Easy and Tes “The Blender Girl” Masters.

Visitors also will have an opportunity to discover their “salad sign” by taking a personality quiz that classifies you as an innovator, explorer, champion or nurturer, according to a news release.

As part of its year-long birthday party, Earthbound plans to introduce Kale Italia and PowerMeal Bowls, both of which are finalists in the 2014 PMA Impact Awards in Excellence in Packaging.

PowerMeal Bowls also were named to Women’s Health Magazine’s 2014 SuperMarket Super Stars in the Healthy Packaged Lunch category.Earthbound Farm celebrates 30th B-day with new booth
