The Food and Drug Administration will have three public meetings on the FDA’s food safety rule on food adulteration. The agency said in a news release that the meetings will be:
- Feb. 20, College Park, Md.
- Feb. 27, Chicago, Ill.
- March 13, Anaheim, Calif.
The purpose of the public meetings, according to the FDA release, is to discuss the proposed rule and how it relates to food facilities’ requirements to address the threat of intentional food adulteration.
