Four Seasons Produce, Inc., Ephrata, Pa., raised $27,500 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Susquehanna Valley during its 23rd Annual Customer Appreciation Golf Outing.
The Sept. 12 event at Fox Chase Golf course had 179 golfers participate.
The money donated will help make three wishes come true for area families and children with life-threatening illnesses, according to a news release.
Four Seasons has raised more than $300,000 and granted more than 50 wishes since the start of the event.
“The Four Seasons family of companies is truly pleased to have exceeded donations from last year by $2,500,” Ron Carkoski, president and chief executive officer of Four Seasons Produce said in the release.
