FreshXperts, Kansas City, Mo., offers a customer relationship management system designed for growers, shippers and distributors.
The system, called eFreshTrack, uses technology of Soleran, an Overland Park, Kan.-based customer relationship management provider, a FreshXperts news release said.
Customers can access the application from any computer or smartphone. With it, sales teams can track leads from the point of contact until the sale is complete. Managers can measure the performance of sales staff. And since the data is hosted online, customers are insured from losing it with a computer crash or sales staff turnover.
Sales staff can track client contacts, manage e-mails and develop proposals from anywhere with Internet access.
