To mark its second full decade as a grower, packer and shipper, Frontera Produce Ltd. unveiled a new website as a kickoff to a year of anniversary activities.
Will Steele, president and chief executive officer of the Edinburg, Texas, company, said in a news release that Frontera owes its success to its employees and customers. He also thanked the produce industry for supporting the company as it developed.
The year-long 20th anniversary celebration will include new customer promotions, executive vice president Amy Gates, said in the release. She said the new approach will complement the company’s online marketing strategy by strengthening relationships with retailers and consumers.
Main products, including tropicals, melons, Hispanic specialties and Texas-grown produce, have increased visibility on the new site.
Frontera has growing operations in the U.S., Mexico, and Central and South America.
