Greener Fields Together releases national, local participants

Greener Fields Together, the foodservice industry’s first comprehensive, national farm-to-fork sustainability program, has increased membership with national and local companies.

The initiative, launched by Pro*Act on Oct. 2, holds growers and distributors to specific standards, include measuring energy use and water management.

Independent, third-party audits will be used to verify members’ sustainability programs, according to a news release.

National grower participants are:
