HBF International, McMinnville, Ore., formerly Hurst’s Berry Farm, recently added four to its sales staff, according to a news release.

Jessica Menke was promoted from a sales assistant to domestic sales representative after three years in her previous role.

Phillip Moreland was hired as domestic and foodservice sales, working out of the California office. Before his new role with HBF, Moreland was director of sales at Sunnyside Packing Co.

Barry Foley, an industry veteran, was hired to help HBF grow its export program. Previously, he has worked in various industry roles, including managing his own export brokerage business. His new role is export sales.

Hollie Spivey was hired as a sales assistant. She has more than 13 years of experience in agriculture-related business, including six years with Evergreen Agriculture Enterprises.

According to the release, the company expects these staff additions to support its goal of delivering more berries to the market.
