JemD Farms has again been recognized as one of Canada’s best managed companies.
The Kingsville, Ontario-based JemD made this year’s list of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.
Sponsored by Deloitte, CIBC, National Post, Queen’s School of Business and MacKay CEO Forums, the awards recognize Canadian companies that have implemented world-class business practices and created value in innovative ways, according to a news release.
“Today’s market place is not just about the investment in the product; it is also about the investment in the people,” John Hughes, the list’s national leader and managing partner with Deloitte’s Growth Enterprises, said in the release. “JemD Farms’ invests in their team to build up a strong and stable company.”
Being recognized for its ongoing expansion, employee leadership and quality assurance efforts is an achievement JD Marketing Inc. and Jem-D International celebrates, Jim DiMenna, owner and president, said in the release.
