Ken Corbett Farms of Lake Park, Ga., is ramping up marketing plans with a new logo and website. After 40 years of continued growth, the company decided to design a marketing plan reflective of its crops and heritage, according to president and owner Ken Corbett.
The grower-shipper of peppers, squash, zucchini, cucumbers and eggplant also renovated their packing facility with computerized grading and packing equipment, which helped the company become PrimusGFS certified.
“We truly have a state-of-the-art facility and take food safety very seriously. Our facility is completely air conditioned and our loading docks are totally enclosed so the cold chain is never broken. I believe anybody visiting our facility would be very impressed with our operational capabilities and attention to customer detail,” said Jared Corbett, packaging manager, in a news release.
The new website is at www.kencorbettfarms.com.
