Key Technology has upgraded its Iso-Flo line of stainless steel vibratory conveyors.
Key’s conveyors now have new drive arrangements, frame designs and screen clamps designed to maximize machine efficiency, enhance sanitation and improve ergonomics on processing and packaging lines, according to a news release from the Walla Walla, Wash.-based company.
The new drive arrangement includes a motor mount that enables vibratory motors to impart synchronized reciprocal vibratory motion to the conveyor bed, which maximizes the conveyor’s efficiency and reliability while minimizing maintenance, according to the release.
The Iso-Flo line’s tubular frame has been replaced with a shaped plate frame that is up to 1.5 times stronger. The new frame is also open and easy to clean, according to the release.
