I purchased a bag of your Crunch Pak Mix Apple Slices from Fiesta store. The Bag I purchased with a use by date of 1/21/13 is extremely bitter, why?

Same thing here. I have bought it from Costco, meaning I have a ton, and it is just EXTREMELY BITTER! At first, I had to ask myself if I brushed my teeth right before I opened the pack. It is funny that they are marketing it as "Crunch Pak’s rinse has no bitter aftertaste." Totally False.
