Duncan Marriott, a California fresh fruit marketing veteran, has been named to the newly created position of business development manager at LoBue Citrus, Lindsay, Calif.

Marriott, whose family founded Pacific Gamble Robinson Co. — now Food Services of America Inc. — has worked closely with retail and foodservice, said Rick Osterhues, vice president of domestic sales and marketing at LoBue Citrus.

“We’re enthusiastic about welcoming someone with Duncan’s credentials and track record,” he said. “Like the LoBue family, Duncan is known for his integrity and ability to consistently deliver added value to customers.”

Marriott comes to LoBue Citrus from Family Tree Farms, Reedley. Previously he was with Custom Produce Sales, Parlier.

Family-owned LoBue Citrus has been growing, packing shipping and marketing citrus for nearly 80 years.
