Stephen N2N Global has hired Craig Stephen, whose three-decade career includes executive roles at Chiquita Brands International Inc. and a seat on the Produce Marketing Association’s board of directors.
As N2N Global’s chief strategy officer, Stephen is also on its board of directors. His 22-year tenure at Chiquita includes leading several business units, as president and chief operating officer of the Far East and Australia Asia and vice president and general manager of the North American fresh fruit business.
N2N Global Ernesto Nardone said in a news release that experience at Chiquita makes Stephen a perfect choice.
“Craig has a global perspective on business that is good for our clients and good for our expansion objectives at N2N Global,” Nardone said in the release.
Nardone said the company’s goal is to become the “go-to-firm” when clients need help building strategic initiatives, penetrating new markets or solving operation problems, including technology-related issues.
Angela Nardone, chairwoman and chief innovation officer at N2N Global, said the company operates in North American, South American and African markets.
“It is important that members of our team continue to help our customers to enable business across international borders with cultural, legal and market demand difference,” she said in the release.
Stephen is a member of the PMA’s board of directors and its Global Development Council.
