NEHA offers series of food safety videosThe National Environmental Health Association recently launched a series of “just-in-time” sessions for food safety professionals that includes video segments on key topics.

In the first segment, instructor Robert Casey discusses the three types of foodborne bacterial illnesses using plain language and concise explanations designed to make it easier for viewers to remember and use the information, according to a news release.

In addition to the “just-in-time” series, the Denver-based association offers a variety of training programs, many of them free of charge, on its website at http://nehacert.org.

The association began in 1937 in California and now has 30 paid staff and more than 4,500 members.
