He will manage those activities from his base in Sunnyvale, according to a news release. Dotson was previously an energy efficiency consultant with Ecology Action, Santa Cruz.
He will be identifying opportunities in the fresh produce and other industry to apply National Resource Management’s web-based refrigeration controls.
The controls aim to enhance walk-in coolers and freezers by saving energy and enhancing food safety and storage parameters.
“I’m excited to help customers innovate and improve their operations, food safety and energy reduction efforts,” Dotson said in the release.
