Kanitz said he has customers in Indonesia using the system and he is in negotiations with the governments in China, Pakistan and Jamaica. Among his earliest customers were Amish farmers, who needed a solution that did not involve electricity. By using equipment powered by solar-charged batteries, Kanitz said he customized a system that met their requirements.

This is interesting but unfortunately not compliant at all with the Produce Traceability Initiative which calls for case labeling with lot code and industry-wide standard GTINs.

GTIN is included wherever the processor or grower requests. This information can be on the label and also placed in SSI records.

our local supermarket is advertising your advacados as "low cal", a search of this product on google did not reveal nutritive values to compared this produce to regular, traditional advacados. I would like more consumer information on this product. Could you please e mail the nutritional information on the so called low cal advacado with comparisons to that of regular advacados. I need information as to exactly what the difference between the two would be and why they are advertised in this manner.
