Oppenheimer employee takes new position within company

The Oppenheimer Group, Vancouver, B.C., has hired Audrey Desnoyers as national business development manager.

Desnoyers started her produce career with Zespri International in 1998 as a leader and manager of the street team, according to a news release.

DesnoyersShe became Oppenheimer’s business development representative in 2000 and covered the U.S. Midwest and later the Northwest in 2004.

“Audrey’s passion for the business, aligned with her knowledgeable, creative, yet practical solutions for the retail community, have made her a top-flight performer over many years,” James Milne, director of marketing, said in the release.

In her new role, Desnoyers oversees Oppenheimer’s promotional approach for key items and provides guidance to the company’s business development staff, according to the release.

Desnoyers will continue to serve accounts in the Northwest. She started in the position in late October.
