Organics Unlimited, San Diego, will promote GROW Month in September to maximize retailer support and build awareness for GROW, a social responsibility program.

Giving Resources and Opportunities to Workers was created by Organics Unlimited to provide financial support to services for farm workers, their families and surrounding communities, according to its website.

Organics Unlimited promotes GROW every September.

The company will help retailers with sampling events and contests. It will also provide point-of-purchase materials, including display signs, recipe cards and banana bags, according to a news release.

A portion of the revenue is donated to the GROW Fund with every box of GROW bananas sold. The GROW Fund is administered by the International Community Foundation, according to the release.
