The 2013 honors were based on employee surveys done by Exton, Pa.-based research firm WorkplaceDynamics LLP.
PMA was ranked 11th among 25 small workplaces honored by the publication.
“Everyone is delighted to be honored as a terrific place to work and to be recognized among leading businesses in our home state of Delaware,” Bryan Silbermann, PMA president and chief executive officer, said in a news release.
Staff at Newark, Del.-based PMA rated the trade association high in such areas as company values, execution, leadership and culture. The survey looked at such issues as managers, pay, motivation, training, work-life balance, wanting to stay and recommending the workplace to others.
