Pom Wonderful has started a digital magazine, Simply Wonderful.

Pomegranates are available October to January from the Los Angeles-based grower-shipper, and the new site is expected to reflect seasonal themes. November is National Pomegranate Month.

Pom Wonderful is resuming its annual Chef Series collection on the site with new recipes from chefs and culinary specialists including Hugh Acheson, Michael Mina and Charlie Palmer. Among the dishes are pomegranate guacamole, spice-crusted duck breast with Pom-infused duck jus, and Pom panna cotta, according to a news release.

Holiday recipes will feature fresh pomegranate in entrees, appetizers, cocktails and desserts.

Simply Wonderful prompts its followers to share what they love about fall. Posts can be tagged with #simplywonderful on Tumblr or Pinterest.

“We want to inspire families – whether you’re a chef, home cook or holiday party host – to seize upon pomegranates’ versatility during its limited season,” Marc Seguin, vice president of marketing, said in the release.

Pom Wonderful, which has more than 15,000 acres in central California, offers fresh pomegranates, Pom Poms fresh arils and Pom Wonderful pomegranate juice.
