Firebaugh-based Ruby Fresh’s Salad Jewels medleys will feature pomegranates, nuts and feta cheese, according to a company news release. Ruby Fresh will introduce the line at the Newark, Del.-based Produce Marketing Association’s Fresh Summit convention Oct. 26-28 in Anaheim, Calif.
The Salad Jewels line includes three medleys: Sparkling Spring Mix, Gleaming Mediterranean Medley and Brilliant Southern Blend. All feature pomegranate arils, three varieties of nuts and feta cheese.
