The “Better Living” television show plans to feature Potandon Produce potatoes.
The segment, “Getting to the Root of the Matter with Potandon Produce,” is scheduled to air at 7:30 a.m. EDT June 6 on Food Network, according to a news release from Idaho Falls, Idaho-based Potandon.
The segment also can be viewed online at BetterLivingTelevision.com, WebMD.com and KlondikeBrands.com.
The segment aims to clear up misconceptions about potatoes’ healthfulness and features Bryan Woolley, chef for Potandon’s Klondike Brands.
The segment highlights two Potandon products: the Green Giant Fresh-branded microwave steamed fresh baby potatoes with sauce, which comes in four flavors; and the Green Giant Fresh Klondike Medley petite potatoes, a blend of Potandon’s Klondike Rose, Klondike Goldust and purple potatoes.

Report AbuseThe story has to be told that the potatoes are healthy food if it is prepared right. All you have to do is go back in history and recall what took place in Ireland when they lost thier potatoe crops. Lets not give potatoes a bad rap.
