Philadelphia-based Global Cooling Inc. has introduced a precooling system.
The ready-to-use unit, called the Jet-Ready Precooler, delivers more than 4,000 cubic feet per minute of cooling air at normal static pressure when used with eight pallets, according to a news release from the company.
“Over the years, we’ve had a number of operators ask for a ready-to-use unit, and that spurred us to come up with this new offering,” Global Cooling’s chief visionary officer Jim Still said in the release.
The unit comes on a steel base 48 inches wide and four inches deep, and can be moved with a forklift.
The Jet-Ready Precooler includes a touchscreen control panel.
