The Procacci Bros. Sales Corp. is promoting two of its staffers to manage its sales and marketing.
The Philadelphia-based produce distributor and grower is advancing Rick Feighery to vice president of sales and Kevin Delaney to director of marketing.
A former director of sales, Feighery, who joined Procacci in 1998, oversees business development and strategy for Procacci and its affiliate, Santa Sweets Inc., Plant City, Fla.
As Procacci’s director of sustainability and productivity who designed the company’s program, Delaney began working with Procacci as a cooperative student through St. Joseph University’s food marketing program and formally started in 2007.
Delaney plans to continue supervising Procacci’s social responsibility program while leading Procacci’s marketing, according to a news release.
“Rick has been instrumental in growing key segments of our business while Kevin has continually delivered results on top priority projects across our group of companies,” Mike Maxwell, Procacci’s president, said in the release. “It will be exciting to see what they can accomplish together in their new roles.”
