FreshPack Produce, Central Illinois Produce, Crook Bros. and Manson Products have been added to the membership of Produce Alliance.

The Nashville, Tenn.-based produce management group announced the additions in an April 11 news release.

Denver-based FreshPack Produce serves the retail, wholesale, foodservice and processing channels in the Denver region, according to the release.

Crook Bros., Beckley, W. Va., enjoys a new 33,000-square-foot facility that opened in late August. With that investment, the company has the ability to grow and expand their business aggressively, according to the news release from the Produce Alliance.

Central Illinois Produce, Urbana, Ill., and its affiliated group of companies have already seen benefits from membership in the Produce Alliance, John Rollins, president of Central Illinois Produce, said in the news release.

“Their aggressiveness in seeking out new business for its members conveys the confidence they have in all of us and our abilities to deliver with quality, price and service,” he said. “We look forward to growing with Produce Alliance in the years to come.”

Manson Products, Honolulu, moved into a new facility in 2008 and began focusing all of their efforts on the foodservice business, according to the release.

The company services service independent and chain accounts on the Big Island.
