RedLine Solutions Inc., is expanding its technical support hours.
The Santa Clara, Calif.-based data collection systems manufacturer extended its support hours to better serve the Central Time zone.
The offering of technical assistance availability in that zone means customers can benefit from receiving live support from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. central time, according to a news release.
The expanded hours should help Redline better work with customers after the purchase, according to the release.
“Additional technical support hours mean we can service more time zones efficiently and keep our customers productive,” Todd Baggett, Redline’s chief executive officer, said in the release.
