Garnett has 30 years of experience as a harvesting consultant and builder of harvesting machines for various clients and crops worldwide, according to a news release.
He left Ramsay Highlander, where he was vice president of sales and marketing, in 2011, after about 11 years with the company. Garnett then did consulting work. He rejoined the company in October.
Earlier in his career, he managed harvesting operations for produce companies.
