In 1994, Richard and three of his sons formed Adam Bros. Farming Inc. Soon after, they altered their operations, forming Adam Bros. Produce Sales Inc. as a shipping company and Red Diamond Cooling Inc. as a cooling company. Adam’s grandson, Joseph, now runs planting and groundwork operations, and begins the sixth generation of Adams’ family farming the valley.
